About
Why I Created BumpPact
BumpPact started from a very personal place.
When my wife and I found out we were expecting, it was one of the happiest moments of our lives. We were excited, grateful, and full of hope. But very quickly, I also felt something I did not expect: the weight of wanting to do everything right.
Pregnancy brings so much joy, but it also comes with endless questions. What should we prepare this week? What symptoms are normal? When is the next appointment? What should we ask the doctor? What should I, as a partner, be doing right now?
I wanted to be more than just “supportive.” I wanted to be present. I wanted to understand what my wife was going through, remember the small details, help with the planning, and make sure she never felt like she was carrying the journey alone.
But I quickly realized that most pregnancy apps are built mainly for the mother. They are useful, but partners are often left on the side, trying to figure out how to help, what to remember, and how to stay involved in a meaningful way.
That is where the idea for BumpPact came from.
I wanted to build an app that helps both parents stay connected, organized, and informed. A place where pregnancy feels less confusing and more shared. A place where weekly baby growth, symptoms, reminders, appointments, partner tasks, checklists, and small moments of joy all come together.
BumpPact is not just about tracking pregnancy. It is about helping couples feel prepared, supported, and closer during one of the most important journeys of their lives.
It is for the mom who has a lot on her mind.
It is for the partner who wants to help but does not always know how.
It is for families who want to feel a little more ready, a little more connected, and a little less overwhelmed.
I built BumpPact because I needed it myself.
And my hope is that it helps other expecting parents feel what I wanted our family to feel: calm, prepared, supported, and never alone in the journey.
BumpPact is built for expecting couples who want pregnancy to feel more organized, shared, and supported.
